Exclusive Look: Standout Commercial Wine Cellars at a Denver Steakhouse!

Our primary objective for this wine room was to craft a space that matched the restaurant’s grandeur. We aimed to develop a commercial wine cellar that would captivate the senses and facilitate the business in serving wine as fresh as its food.

Gold-plated Glass Wine Cellar Doors for Accommodating Wine Lovers and Guests

These commercial wine cellars have solid walls on three sides and a tall glass wine cellar door on the fourth. This design allows customers to catch a glimpse of the wine cellar as they pass by and also go inside to see the wines up close. The room is spacious enough for people to walk around comfortably.

Our wine cellar experts at Custom Wine Cellars Denver incorporated gold accents throughout the restaurant. In addition to covering the outer walls with gold plating, we custom-designed the glass door with gold-plated framing and handles.

When you use the door, you’ll notice a good seal due to its weight and perfect fit. While frameless glass wine cellar doors provide a modern vibe, adding framing to glass wine cellar doors, especially large ones like this, further secures the dual-paned tempered glass.

Custom Commercial Wine Racks for Curating the Wine Displays

When customers enter the cellar, they are greeted by rows of beautifully crafted wooden wine racks made from white oak stained rustically. The racks, which reach a height of 15 feet, are secured from floor to ceiling and have custom rolling ladders attached for access to the top rows.

The cellar is designed to store about 4,000 wine bottles in a sophisticated way, featuring different styles of racking compartments.

There is another wine cellar at the end of the room and is also adorned with elegant custom wine racking system.

The bottom sections include spacious crate/wine box storage for storing bottles vertically, while the top sections consist of single-deep standard 750 racks.

Between the upper and lower racks, there are drawers and a reveal row displaying bottles at a 45-degree angle, well-lighted with LED lights hidden behind a custom light valance.

Get Amazed with these Two Commercial Wine Cellars in One

The Denver Steakhouse’s wine cellar is divided into two zones, Zone 1 and Zone 2. Different types of wines require different storage conditions to stay fresh. For example, red wines can be preserved at a slightly higher temperature than white wines.

Zone 1, located immediately after the main wine cellar door, is set at 55 degrees. In Zone 2, where white wines like champagnes and sauvignon blancs are stored, the temperature ranges between 40-45 degrees.

Both zones have ceiling-height custom wine racks with various racking compartments, including metal horizontal storage racks. This setup ensures that every type of wine is preserved and served at its best.
